ZIP ENC's "OA" series steel flooring systems consist of a high density composite woodcore wrapped in hot dipped galvanized steel sheets and has a very long tradition and are still to be an appropriate solution for today's standard office access flooring demands. 

It is an ideal construction material for a most economical solution. 

These panels provide excellent rigidity, durability, acoustic and the best flatness performance than other existing OA floors systems such as con-core steel and mineral panels.

"AF" Series Access Flooring Systems

ZIP ENC's "AF" series flooring system is basically being produced with the same way of "OA" series woodcore floor panels but it is fully laminated with finish materials at the factory. 

The A series flooring system provides excellent loading capacity with stringer systems so it is still be an ideal construction solution for the higher loading and hi-tech area such as computer room, server room, hi-tech office building.
